About the service
These terms cover your use of Replivra, operated by Metis One. Replivra provides invitation-only tools for configured Instagram replies and Telegram information menus and registrations. Use only features available in your account. Replivra is an independent service, not a service operated or endorsed by Meta, Instagram or Telegram.
Your account and content
Connect only accounts and bots that you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your login and bot credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the replies, links, form questions and event information you configure, and for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content. You retain ownership of your content; Replivra processes it to provide the features you choose.
Acceptable use
Do not use Replivra for spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, unlawful content or collecting data without authorization. Follow the applicable rules of Instagram and Telegram and respect participants’ privacy and choices. Do not bypass access controls or platform restrictions. Review your messages and forms before activating a bot.
Participants and personal data
Ask only for information needed for the registration or interaction, explain its purpose and use it only as described to participants. Do not request passwords, login codes or payment-card details in forms. Handle requests about participant data responsibly. Our privacy information explains how Replivra processes data; our data-deletion page explains how to request removal. Cancelling a registration or disconnecting a bot does not itself delete every stored record.
Availability and results
Instagram features depend on account eligibility and platform permissions. Provider outages, restrictions or account changes may interrupt replies. Replivra does not guarantee that a message will be delivered or read, that a recipient will respond, or that an enquiry or registration will lead to a sale or attendance. Check your bot activity and registration list and keep important event information available to participants.
Pilot access and charges
The current invitation-only pilot does not charge through Replivra. There is no automatic paid upgrade or paid overage. Any future paid offer will state its price and conditions separately before you choose it. Pilot access does not promise permanent free service, unlimited use or a particular future feature.
Stopping use and service changes
You can pause bots and disconnect accounts in Replivra and request data deletion using the published instructions. We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents or platform requirements. We may update the service and these terms; the effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. For questions or support, contact info@metisone.com.
