Practical guides

Collect workshop registrations in Telegram.

Give your community a welcome menu and a clear way to register for an event or course through your own Telegram bot.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your bot

Choose Telegram in Connected accounts and connect your BotFather bot. Keep its token private.

  2. 2

    Prepare a registration form

Write the welcome message and menu, create an event or course form, add questions and set capacity. Review your content before opening the form and activating the bot.

  3. 3

    Manage participants

Use the registration list to review answers, update statuses and notes or export CSV. Participants can receive confirmation and cancel through the supported flow.

What you can measure

Bot Results includes current, non-cancelled registrations created in the selected period and available reply activity. This is not a payment or attendance report. Free includes 500 monthly active contacts; ongoing forms and cancellation remain available at the limit.

Before you start

Create a bot with Telegram BotFather and connect its token privately in Replivra. A participant must start the conversation. Only connect a bot you control; replacing another service’s webhook requires the explicit replacement option.
